A:   Each of our linehaul trucks is equipped with the Cancom QTRACS satellite tracking system. Every hour, this system automatically updates our fleet management software allowing our dispatchers to see the exact location of your shipment. The trucks also have a computer terminal on board which allows drivers to communicate via satellite with our dispatch center. You may track your shipment by going to our Tracking section on this website or by calling your Forbes-Hewlett representative.
Q: What should one do in the event of a cargo claim?
A:   Forbes-Hewlett is proud to have a very low claims ratio. But, in the unlikely event that damage or loss occurs, please contact Ray Brakas (Director of Safety) or your Forbes-Hewlett representative and describe the situation referring to the Forbes-Hewlett order number or shipper's invoice number.
